The LT Savvy Style Challenge: Meet Megan of Chasing Davies!

We kicked off the LT Savvy Style Challenge this week and the competition is already looking tight! To catch everyone up to speed, London Times challenged four of our favorite fashion bloggers to take one dress and create two looks (for day and night) with only $100. Today, we’re introducing you to a contender who may seem familiar… it’s Megan! Author and style star of the ultra-cool blog, Chasing Davies.

“My name is Megan Davey. I’m the author of the style blog, Chasing Davies, where I share my experiences and tips for styling and shopping!  I’m a savvy shopper by heart, always looking for a good deal and believe good style doesn’t have to cost a lot or come in size small.”

For her day look, Megan started off with a $6 necklace from Forever 21 and a leopard print belt she found at Target for $10.

To complete the outfit, Megan played up fall’s “oxblood” color trend with a pair of $7 tights from TJ Maxx as well as $25 heels and a $20 blazer – both from Target.

For night, Megan let down her hair and pulled a smart styling trick by wearing the dress as a top with $30 faux leather leggins from Target.

To finish her evening ensemble, Megan reused her heels and belt from the day look (a clever trick for those looking to make the most of their accessories!).

Don’t forget to vote for Megan here if she’s your favorite and you’ll be automatically entered to win $150 to London Times as well as a $100 Amex card to complete your own savvy look!
